H1N1 Vaccination Site for Students

•November 5th from 10am - 2pm the Oread side (previously known as the expansion) of the ASRFC will be utilized

• The following areas will not be accessible until 4pm: Courts (Yoder/Knopp); racquetball courts (3/4); martial arts studio; Oread Arena (Rock Chalk/Jayhawk); boxing area and golf simulator.

•Vaccine only available for KU Students- KU ID required

Help Keep Everyone Healthy

•Frequently: Wash/Sanitize hands, Wash down equipment and Return used shower and workout towels

•Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the facility

Game/Facility Request Form

In order for this request to receive full consideration, it must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event date. The group is also responsible for any damage done to the facility during the event.
