Step 1 Go to ku.athleague.com

Step 2 Click on "Sign Up Now" (A screen with many demographic fields should pop up.)

  1. Enter an Email Address. This must be your KU email address to get you into the KU scheduling site. To join or create a team you will be asked for your id number as well.
  2. Enter a password and re-enter the password in the field provided
  3. Enter your Member ID (This is your 16 digit ISO number on the front of your university ID.)
  4. Enter your first and last name, birthday and gender..

Step 3 Click Submit

This should then take you to a new screen, one in which you should see a few different frames. This will be your user profile page which you can edit however you like keeping in mind appropriateness. There will be tabs on the top of the page (Home, Events, Players, Leagues and Networks).

Step 4 To create a team, go to the Networks tab. On the left hand side there will be a link that says create a team. You will be asked to create a team name (Intramurals reserves the right to edit any team names deemed inappropriate.), gender of the team, sport in which you would like to have the team play, select the league you would like in the dropdown menu, and select the division in whihch you would like to play. The divisions are labeled by league type, time and date of play. Teams may only sign up for one spot. If no division spots are available there will be a division listed as Waitlist teams. Select this option and teams from the waitlist will be moved into the league if teams drop out or fail to pay for their team by the deadline. You can then upload a picture for your team and designate yourself or someone else as the team captain. (Note team captains will be contacted about schedule changes and forfeits.)

Step 5 This should show the Team's page where everyone on the team roster can message each other using the message board, and the team schedule will be posted. The team captain can manage the rosters, invite new players, see team contacts and make announcements by clicking on the link on the left hand side.

You must pay your entry fee in the ASRFC during the days and times listed on the Fall Sports Calendar. If you fail to pay the entry fee during these times, your team will lose the spot you signed up for and another team can take its place. Payments can only be made if the team has a registered spot and only after the sport has closed.

Last step Attend the mandatory manager's meeting for the sport, get your schedule, learn the rules and enjoy!Note: If you do not attend the manager's meeting after registering, your team will be assessed a forfeit and be required to pay the $10 forfeit fee before your team's first game.

Note: You can go back to add players to your roster up until the last day of the regular season. To complete this- just add them as you did during the registration process. Make sure their name is spelled correctly and you have their current ISO number of their current university ID. (Hint: This ISO number changes with each ID you get, it does not stay the same like your KUID.)

*Free Agents (When applicable): Complete Steps 1-3. Click on the league in which you would like to sign up. then click the button on the league page that says join as a free agent.
