KU Recreation Services offers students an opportunity to work one-on-one with a personal trainer. Students are eligible to sign up for two of the 40 free sessions of personal training a week; each session lasting one hour. All activities conducted during the workout session are logged in a file for tracking purposes. If the 40 free sessions have been filled and/or a participant wishes to train more than two sessions a week, each additional session is $15.00.
Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Improper cancellations will result in the loss of session and fee.
