  • Major: Business Administration (with an emphasis in Sports Science)
  • Certifications: National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA)

Years of Experience:

I have been certified as a Personal Trainer for 1 year, & have studied personal fitness for more than 4 years. In addition, I have worked with several experienced trainers in attempt to develop my skills.

Other Training:

In high school, I was active in soccer, tennis, basketball & swimming. In addition to working as a Personal Trainer at a health club in Topeka, I have worked as a Sports Counselor & as a coach at High School tennis camps.

Personal Fitness Goal:

I work out on a regular basis to build lean muscle & to stay fit. My goal is to stay active & healthy for the rest of my life.

Passion in Life:

"To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as I am about my own." I sincerely enjoy helping others reach their goals. Seeing people achieve their goals is priceless.
