6 years of Bigger Faster Stronger Program, and about a year of one-on-one personal training.
Chris's personal goal is to be as healthy as he can be so he can live life to the fullest and not be concerned with all the health issues that so many people face. Chris likes using all types of training programs so that working out is actually fun and not something that he doesn’t look forward to doing.
Chris's passion in life is to be a successful person by entering and completing medical school so that some day he can do what he loves to do—help people! He also loves sports and doesn’t think he could ever give them up.
Chris is a really outgoing person who is easy to talk to and he is really dedicated to helping people get into shape.
