Fitness
KU Recreation Services offers a variety of fitness programs at the Ambler Student Recreation Fitness Center. Group fitness instructors, cardiovascular/resistance training orientation, personal trainers, and fitness assessment instructors are available to provide the challenge and support necessary to help you reach your goals and make fitness fun.
**Some fitness programs are fee-based services. Prices may be different for each program.
