THE MISSION:
Small group (6-10 people) boot camp training twice per week for 6 weeks. $50 for entire 6-week session.
Sign up in the administrative office of the Ambler Student Recreation Fitness Center, Rm 103! Payment due at time of sign up.
Session 1: August 31st - October 8th
Session 2: October 19th - December 1st
KU Fit Instructors or Personal Trainers will lead you through a boot camp style workout designed to whip you into shape.
